The Claw: Week 16

Welcome back, Jaguars! Thank you for tuning in to week sixteen of The Claw winter sports edition. Last week was Thanksgiving break, and there were no games scheduled. Let’s get straight into this upcoming week’s athletic report. 

 

Jags Soccer Protecting the Den

Last week, the Jags boys’ soccer team did not have any games as it was Thanksgiving break. Currently, they hold a record of 2-1-1. 

This week, the Jags have three games scheduled, the first is away at Coral Glades High School on Monday, December 1, @5pm. Then, they have two home games. The first being against Western High School on Wednesday, December 3 @7:30pm, followed by another game against Monarch High School on Thursday, December 4, @4pm. 

 

Lady Jags on the Prowl

Same as the boys, the Lady Jags soccer team did not compete in any games as it was Thanksgiving break. Currently, they hold a record of 2-1-1.

This week, the Lady Jags have four games scheduled back-to-back. On Monday, December 1, @7pm, they are away as they face off against Coral Glades High School. This is followed by another away game against Lourdes Academy High School on Tuesday, December 2 @6:30pm. They then are met with two home games, the first is against Western High School on Wednesday, December 3 @5:30pm, and the second is against Monarch High School on Thursday, December 4, @6pm.

 

Jaguars basketball back for revenge

The Jaguars varsity basketball team did not compete in any games last week, as it was Thanksgiving break. They currently stand with a winning record of 1-0. 

This week, they are scheduled to face off against Coral Glades High School in an away game on Wednesday, December 3 @7:30pm. Then, on Saturday, December 6, @4pm they are the home team as they face off against Saint Andrews High School in the Kreul Showcase Tournament. 

 

JV basketball roaring through the season

Last week, the Jaguars JV basketball team did not compete in any games and currently holds a winning record of 1-0.

This week they have one game scheduled, which is away at Coral Glades High School on Wednesday, December 3 @4:30pm.

 

Shooting for success: Lady Jags Basketball

The Lady Jags basketball team did not compete in any games last week, as it was Thanksgiving break. They currently stand with a winning record of 1-0.

This week, they have one away game scheduled against Coral Glades High School on Wednesday, December 3, @6pm.
