From adorable hotdogs to a recreation of their favorite horror movie character, Halloween is an opportunity for Charter’s furry friends to join the festive fun, adding an extra layer of charm to this year’s spooky season. Whether it’s a tiny costume or a full-scale transformation, these canine companions brought joy and laughter to the spookiest night of the year, making every trick-or-treat adventure even more enchanting.
