B2! I21! N40! G53! O72!: Junior Class Bingo Bash

As jazzy Christmas music filled the room, and the projected “fireplace” on the Cafeteria’s wall set the festive mood, the class of 2025’s Bingo Bash was ready to make its debut. Lined up at the doors of the cafeteria, contestants eagerly were spotted waiting to show off their bingo skills! Varieties of food and sodas were lined up on tables at the entrance of the cafeteria, presenting the prizes for everyone to view.

Students participating had the opportunity to win a multitude of prizes. Ranging from snacks, candy, and sodas to a fan favorite: the metal water bottles that had a tinted black and silver gradient, putting the stakes high. Each player received two bingo cards at the beginning of the competition and custom-cut bingo chips to mark each gameplay. There were several rounds, allowing room for several winners! Freshman Madeline Santos who was one of the competitors expressed, “I really liked participating in the bingo event. I had so much fun hanging out with my friends and playing bingo. Although I didn’t win, the experience was a lot of fun!”

This year’s Bingo Bash was the very first hosted by the Class of 2025. “It went really well, and we had way more participants than we thought we would. I wouldn’t be surprised if we continued this again next year, because it went so well this year!” Ava Mendez, the President of the Class of 2025 happily stated. After such a successful event, the student council of the junior class could enthusiastically unite for future events.
