The bell rings instantly at 2:00 on September 12th and the Class of 2025 student council all have one thing on their minds: the Ice Cream Social. Walking from their last class of the day, Ava Mendez, Mckenna Gregory, Isabella Laverde, Sophia Garcia, Santiago Hernandez, and Zoe Cooper rushed to make their first event of the year memorable.
This social, created in order to fund money, was the first of the many upcoming triumphs for the Class of 2025. Tables were lined up inside the cafeteria all filled with delicious goods to share with the entirety of Charter’s student body, ranging from Menchies ice cream, candies, syrups, and the warm smiles from the officers as they served their peers. As students of all grades conversed, shared smiles filled with joy, and enjoyed a tasty treat, the Ice Cream Social became a successful start to the year of endless activities!
