BOO! Did that scare you? Ominously entering classrooms in a concealed manner, the Class of 2025 officers made a special appearance in several homeroom classrooms this Halloween. During the last weeks of October placed right at the cafeteria entrance, students were allowed to purchase “Boo-Grams” from the Class of 2025.
For five dollars, students were able to go during lunch to the cafeteria to purchase a Boo Gram. With the purchase of a Boo Gram, students were provided with a spooky-themed note where they could write whatever they desired on it. Given the creative freedom to write whatever they wanted, students wrote funny messages to their close friends and significant others or even anonymous letters.
Receiving one of these grams, Junior Paige McCarthy expressed, “I thought it was really cute, and it just made my day even better.”
Inspiration behind these spooky grams came from the collective thoughts of the Class of 2025 Student Council. Senior President Ava Mendez explains, “We wanted to do something cute and special for Halloween, because we noticed how there’s normally grams for Christmas and Valentine’s day, but never Halloween. So, we found a way to make these cute little ghost lollipops, and included a note that students could write on to give to their friends or teachers.”
With that, next Halloween beware, because you may become the next victim of the Class of 2025 Boo Grams.
