“It’s very scary, and it hit me over the weekend that I’m never going to be back at this school. It’s a very scary feeling.” -Chloe Correa, Senior
“I’m excited for this new year, but I’m also really anxious about what next year will be like. I feel a little sad, but surprisingly unlike a lot of people, I felt very excited.” -Mayleen Wu, Senior
“It was very sad and emotional. I feel like it hasn’t even hit me, yet I feel like it all feels so unreal, like it won’t start hitting me until Prom season, like the end of the year. I’m just vibing I guess, it feels like a regular school year.” -Jaelyn Perez, Senior
“Honestly it feels kind of scary to think that next year I’m going to be entering a whole new phase of my life, but it’s also kind of relieving to feel that I’m finally done with such a long process.” -Santiago Delgado, Senior
“Honestly when I thought about it beforehand it wasn’t really that much of a shocker, but then it actually happened and it was kind of a moment of realization like, WOW, it was my last first day ever, you know so it’s kind of crazy to think about that. Next year I’m going to be in a completely different part of my life with completely different people, and it’s kind of crazy to think about, but for now, I can kind of just enjoy the rest of the year with the fact that it’s going to happen this year is going to be my last.” -Ricardo Ramirez, Senior
“I think it’s a really bittersweet feeling because on one hand I’m excited for senior year, but on the other hand it’s sad that everything will be changing next year.” -Hannah Flores, Senior
