As the class of 2024 ends their final journey here in Charter, they reminisce on all of the memories they have experienced and collected throughout their most memorable year as a PPCHS senior.
“My favorite memory of high school is probably everything about the Latin Dance team. Dancing is such a big passion of mine and joining the team made me realize how much I can’t live without dancing. Grad bash was very fun and VERY unforgettable especially with all my friends!” –Katheline Reyes
“Prom is definitely my favorite memory even though it was stressful at first. It was so funny getting all dressed up and seeing all of the group clean up and taking pictures. Of course at the actual dance itself it was nice to not only be there having fun as a group, but to just have one last class activity where we all just come together to enjoy the night as a group.” –Madison Machado
“My favorite memory is probably whenever it’s an early release or chill day and we all get to go hang out and chill in Ms. Pardo’s class because we all just get to be together and have fun without that stress of work. It’s just us enjoying each other’s company with our favorite teacher, there’s never a dull moment.” –Sarah Schnell
“I can’t really think of much, but one of the first things that came to mind was spirit week. It was very fun to dress up with my friends and act silly in our banana costumes.” –Bernardo Masiero de Barros
“My favorite memory of my high school is spending time with my friends because I love them!”–Draco Zhang
“My favorite memory was definitely the Grad Bash! The parks were so fun to venture with friends!” –Mario Idiarte
“My favorite memory was going to states with the soccer team for the second time in Pembroke Pines’s history.” –Andres Villanova
“My favorite memory would have to be Grad Bash and being part of the set ups and collaborations that went into each SGA event we did this year.” –Juliette Montes
“My first favorite memory would be senior sunrise because it was so nice to see everyone and it felt like such a good start to the year. I had my music on and paint all over me even in my car! It was just a really good experience. I would also say my lunch table this year because it was such an assortment of people, always joking around, always laughing, which made my day everyday.” –Lindsey Smith
“My favorite high school memory is definitely a tie between having the best swim states meet of my life with the most amazing group of girls ever in sophomore year and winning prom king and queen with Derek!” –Kaitlyn Jorgensen
“My favorite memory of high school was preparing for Grad Bash and deciding on all the rides to go on. The rides there were filled with so much excitement and checking which rides were closed and which rides had too long of a wait time made it so fun. Overall, Grad Bash was a really fun experience with all the music and different schools!” –Carolina Argüelles
